I am a new contractor aspiring to be an investor. Currently I am house hacking my primary home and the goal is to use the strategy to acquire additional small multi-family homes in the next 3 to 5 years. Along with that I am in the market to find private investors to buy and flip in the Somerville, Cambridge and Arlington area as I have spent the last seven years doing exactly that for a local developer. I know the area, I have a network of subs, architects and engineers. Ready to tackle any project, from light reno to full gut renos, new construction.
