I own a full service Real Estate and Property Management Brokerage in the East Bay Area. I am a native of the Bay Area, and my team and I specialize in finding Lease Investments for our clients, oversee the Construction Management of their asset at the close of escrow, then manage the units as an experienced Commercial and Residential Property Manager. Experience: My knowledge in Real Estate began in 2004 with a BS degree in Business Admin with a concentration in Real Estate Management. Following graduation I worked for a Title Company for 3 years. In 2005 I became a licensed Real Estate Agent and worked full time in Residential Real Estate. I became interested in Commercial Developing in 2007, and was hired as an Asset Manager for a Commercial Developer in the Bay Area. From that position, I developed a deep understanding of Commercial Real Estate as it relates to the Bay Area, project entitlement, and the specifics of Commercial Property Management. In 2010, I became an Independent Commercial Property Manager and obtained my Broker's license. My team and I now manage over 250,000 square feet of commercial space, several multi-tenant residential properties, and oversee over 35 residential properties. I personally own my own home, have a personal rental property, have fixed up and sold an inherited property, and am always looking for new investment and financing opportunities. Real Estate Goals: My real estate goals are the following: 1. Expand my investor client base. I find many great investment opportunities and I would like to be able to share more investment opportunities with others. 2. Expand my private financing relationships.I personally own my own home, have a personal rental property, have fixed up and sold an inherited property, and am always looking for new investment and financing opportunities for myself and my clients.
