I have always been a lover of everything houses and architecture. I enjoy learning about particularly residential real estate, but don't limit myself to it strictly. I also try to follow agricultural real estate, but that can be a little more difficult. I am a passive residential real estate investor in South Dakota and Alabama. Although I don't have much direct hands on experience with the active side or residential, I love running numbers and talking strategy.
