About myself
I have owned rentals in Nashville, TN and own rentals in/near Champaign, IL. I have full house rehab experience on three properties (my wife and I function as the project manager on our own property rehabs). I manage my properties. I am looking to quickly build my rental portfolio over the next few years and a am interested in value-add properties near Champaign or partnerships/syndications in Nashville.
