I have a background in engineering and have owned several multifamily rental properties. Looking to expand my portfolio and possibly move into single family properties Experience: Some construction experience, just getting started in Real Estate. I am currently the Manager and part owner of an LLC that has 3 multifamily properties in its portfolio. Real Estate Goals: I want to use real estate investing as a way to build wealth in order to gain financial independence and put my money to work more effectively for retirement. Currently Seeking: I am currently turning around a recent acquisition and will be looking for more single/small multifamily units soon.
