I am new to real estate investing. I would like to learn more about real estate investing. I have limited funds and the real estate is expensive where I live in California so I am particularly interested in strategies that I can do with those limitations. I am exploring working in states other than CA including Missouri, Texas, Florida and/or Pennsylvania.
