About myself
I have purchased several houses but currently only own one rental property in Georgia. I am looking for funding for commercial properties but know I need to do some upfront work first before I could possibly secure a loan. I have also done some property analyst work for a small investor group and would love to do that again for another investor locating properties in order to help them find a good investment and to help me secure funding for my investments. Hopefully a win-win relationship.
