Lynnsay Marsan

I am a recent graduate, interested in starting in the real estate investment business. I would like to learn as much as possible, in order to maybe start the buying process next year. Because I am a recent graduate, I basically have no savings as of now, however I have great credit, low credit card bills, and only my student loans. I'd be interested in a duplex, to live-in one unit and rent the other unit. I'd be ok with a little fixing, as I am willing to learn. I'd welcome any help/advice from more experienced investors.
