Tobias Madigan

I currently own a vacation rental management company with listings in Hollywood, CA, and The Yucatan peninsula in Mexico, including Tulum and Playa del Carmen. I am looking to begin investing in my own real estate and interested in buy, rent, hold strategy. I am currently living half the time in Southern California, the other half in Miami FL or Detroit, MI (actually Ann Arbor where my dad also lives). Looking to invest most likely in greater Detroit area in multi-family properties and other potential income properties including apartment buildings. Would be open to Southern California, Tampa or Orlando area as well. Any advice or leads or help appreciated. I have very good credit 750+ and income of about $90,000 per year (actually more depending on how you calculate it and taxes and stuff), I have some money saved and my business brings in good money each month, far exceeding my goals. Looking for more permanent passive income.
