Michael Fillmer

I live in Katy/West Houston but own a residential paint contracting business in Missouri City and Sugar Land. I have a goal of $1million in assets by age 30 (I just turned 20). I would love to see a large portion of that come from my new and quickly growing business but I understand that there needs to be some outside investments as well. I am constantly in neighborhoods estimating paint jobs, meeting home owners, and working with investors. I believe that I can use you my skills to help other investors as I continue to learn the RE business. My goal is to land my first deal by the summer of 2021.
