Background: Born and raised in Denver, CO. A 5 Year Air Force veteran turned full-time real estate investor. Focusing on house hack deals as well as buy & hold/rentals in the Denver metro area. Experience: Currently, I'm a licensed broker and investor in the Denver Metro Area. Purchased my first house hack deal in 2016 and now is a dedicated rental property. I also have purchased approximately 4 other properties in Cincinnati and Indianapolis with a business partner/friend of mine. Now, I'm focused on growing my business and portfolio here in Denver. Real Estate Goals: To add at least 10 properties to my portfolio in the next 5 years.
