Hello all. I stand to inherit a 2+1 in Santa Barbara in the future. I would like to buy my primary residence by the end of the year and begin to acquire more in the years following. My goal is to learn the business and pass it on to my children, as well as secure a retirement and lifestyle that allows for vacations and the ability to help extended family. I am 37 years old and make about 85k a year which in southern CA is crap. Looking to transition from my career to real estate in under 10 years. I appreciate all the advice!
