About myself
New to wholesale real estate investing. My family recently moved to sunny California and 1st off, the only way we will be able to afford to buy a house here that is like what we are accustom to is to buy it for less (then retail) and second, my husband and I had 5 rental in the early 2000's and (fortunately) sold the all (instead of lossing them)and we would like to rebuild our nest egg.
