I am a California Licensed Architect house hacking in Los Angeles, making my next moves in pivoting my architecture knowledge and background into real estate. I would like to fix up homes here in California, and invest and brrrr for cash flow in the midwest/southeast/somewhere that doesn't have the crazy prices of California! Eventually, I would love to develop and build larger ground-up projects where I can truly utilize both my architectural experience and license to the fullest degree. I would love to meet other investors in the Los Angeles area!
