Mandi Martinez

I am a new investor learning the ropes. I aspire to own multiple apartment complexes and to spend my mornings with my husband and two beautiful children. For now I am a full time radiation therapist treating cancer patients and helping bring a smile to their faces as they fight a very hard battle. I love what I do and plan to always be in radiation/oncology just not from 6am to 6pm everyday. I also plan to one day use my success in real estate investing and my connections in oncology to create a scholarship and/or organization to help children who have lost their parents to cancer or have parents battling. I lost my cousin when she was only 31 years old and she left behind 3 children who have endured more than any child should. I WILL CONTINUE TO WORK ON MY DREAM AND I HOPE THAT BIGGER POCKETS WILL GIVE ME THE TOOLS TO GET THERE. :) On my first flip as of Nov. 2018.
