Hello Bigger Pockets community members. I'm a Chicago native who relocated to Denver with the masses in late 2013. My wife and I came out here for the mountains, the outdoor adventures, and the kinder and gentler winters (relatively speaking). I currently have 1 long term rental in the Denver metro, 1 long term rental in Chicago, and a class B commercial professional/medical office building in the Chicago metro. Additionally, I am an investor in multiple syndication deals, primarily in the multi-family space. Currently I am primarily looking for long term buy and hold opportunities in the Denver Metro area, with a focus on Single Family and Multi-Family, but I'm open to opportunities in other areas.
