Started investing in 2015 after liquidating my alpaca farm business. Invest in buy and hold SFH and duplexes in the Elyria OH area. My original goal was 10 units in 10 years; and currently at 8 in 5 years. With that goal now within reach, I'm interested in adding other RE to the portfolio. Private Money Lending, Self Storage, and purchasing an established business are on my list to get more education on. I've been the President of the Lake Erie Landlord Association, a 31 year old non-profit educational organization for Landlords in Lorain, Cuyahoga and Erie Counties in Ohio for the last three years. This has been a wonderful experience. Looking to build a larger network with others in the Northern Ohio area.
