I am a new investor to the Massachusetts Real Estate Market and am currently looking to make my first deal. I have attended one of the country’s top seminars (Nick Vertucci Real Estate Academy) and soon to be part of his workshop. I have also watched numerous webinars on a variety of Real Estate topics. While still working full time my New Year goals are to be a full time Real Estate investor. I am very motivated by the drive to be able to control my own destiny, I made a few mistakes along the way. I moved my family from Florida to Massachusetts to pursue a long time dream of owning an over the top Meat and Deli. Due to lack of funds and support I lost our business and our home and destroyed our credit. Currently living in an apartment, I promised my Daughter that next year she will have her own home again. With no money in our bank account and no credit, I will rise ones again. I am working two jobs and have decided that it is time to stop working for riches and start making myself and my family rich. Doing this will allow my wife and myself to spend more time with our children.
