An aspiring Real Estate Investor, employed in the Air Force till early 2025. GOAL: To successfully transition out of the military and to build my FIRST Duplex to "House-Hack" in the next 2 years! Background: Originally from the Philippines, then moving to the United States in Biloxi, MS back in 2012. Growing up in the U.S., through the opportunities I was given by coming here, I found passion in achieving Financial Freedom and using Real Estate Investing as my tool to get there. After earning my Associates in Business & Marketing, and a year of trying to make it in the Job Market with very little experience. I joined the U.S. Air Force to gain control and stability in my life, today I am blessed newfound benefits.
