I'm a realtor by profession, and an investor by passion. My first experience with investing was a live-in flip that my wife and I bought in 2011 while living in the Broad Ripple neighborhood in Indianapolis, IN. The hands-on experience I gained there has been a jump off point for me to dive in to fix-and-flip and rental investing here in Evansville, IN where my wife and three kids now reside. Four live-in flips later, we're on our way to assembling a solid little portfolio of local single family and small multifamily properties. Whether I'm looking for the next big investment for my family or helping friends, family, or clients start their own investment portfolios, I'm always interested in connecting with other like-minded investors in the Evansville area and beyond.
