I am a single father and I'm in the healthcare field right now but I've always been very interested in real estate so now I'm here. I was in residential construction most of my early life, rehabbing for my friend's mother who constantly ripped me off so I went to school for electrical and then I got a neck injury which is why I'm now in the healthcare field. I haven't made any deals, I'm just here to learn and stay excited for my first jab at it, I'm thinking the BRRRR method is great, using a 203K, FHA 3.5, I want to start with a quadplex or duplex. I like the way liens and wholesaling look but for now I think I need to choose a direction and learn all I can for that first movement and then just keep it moving until I learn it's time to pivot. I'm here to stay motivated which seems to be a problem and I'm sure it's just fear but I know I need to and want to do this.
