Hi there, I'm a hilariously bad surfer in san diego, that likes to hang out with friends, family and bbq. I'd like to consider myself somewhat intelligent and with that comes an obsession with real estate. Over the years, I've bought and sold, made some, lost some, lost my shirt, bought it back more than once. Life is all luck and timing, and I've learned to prepare for opportunity.
