Marcus Reynolds

Marcus​ Reynolds has a great knowledge in property investments and has sold 100's of homes in his career to investors of all types. Marcus has been an extreme value added to American Real Estate Investments, helping to raise nearly 6m in equity that assisted with multiple property developments for the firm. Shortly after, Marcus took on the role of Sales Manager in the single-family rental division. He is responsible for identifying and developing strategic business relationships with potential customers and clients of American Real Estate Investments, as well as managing sales for single-family rental investment properties. As the Sales Manager, Marcus​ takes the lead in helping investors reach their investment goals of all sizes and helps them obtain the best possible investment property to suit their needs. As a previous business owner, Marcus knows what it takes to work closely with marketing, sales, and product management teams to achieve established sales goals and implement business development initiatives that maximize rapport and healthy business deals. He also mentors, teaches and trains current sales staff in the office and frequently holds property tours. He is someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit, passion for sales and a proven track record of success with a hands-on approach to building business opportunities.
