Margie Richardson

I have been involved in real estate for 4 years now. I’ve done cold calls to lead intake to negotiating with sellers to get properties, take pre Reno photos, find tenants for leases, and more. I worked for a property management company in Dayton, OH. I am now working for full service real estate company in Cincinnati. I enjoy networking and learning as much as I can about real estate. I am Vice President of my local real estate investors association in Butler County. I also help out of state investors with things like lockboxes, checking out properties to take video or FaceTime investor so they can see property condition to estimate cost of repairs, pre, during, and post renovation photos, meet with sellers, and can find tenants for them. If you want a deal in or between Dayton to Cincinnati, Ohio contact me for more info.
