I’m a multifamily investor currently looking in the Reno, Nevada area to invest. I live in Los Angeles, California, and currently own two small apartment complexes in Michigan. I’m ready to scale up and expand my portfolio I'm focused on affordable markets, with an emphasis on multifamily —preferably out of state, where properties tend to be more affordable.
