I'm a Canadian investor looking to get a start in the US real estate market. My 3-year goal is to reach financial independence through buy & hold real estate investing. After 3 years (June 1, 2024), I would like to delve into real estate investing full time. I currently invest in Jacksonville, Florida and I'm always on the lookout for great deals there.
