Hi! I'm Rina, a real estate investor based in Irvine, California. I own rental properties in California and Texas and I am passionate about building a portfolio that generates consistent cash flow to support my retirement goals over the next 10 years. Beyond retirement, my deeper goal is to build generational wealth that I can pass on to my family creating a lasting legacy through real estate that continues to grow and provide for the people I love long after I am gone. I am relatively new to the investor mindset and actively educating myself on strategies including buy and hold, long term, mid term and short term rentals, syndications and DSTs.
