Mario Armenta

Hi my name is Mario, and I just joined Bigger Pockets community. I haven't started my real estate journey yet, but, I thought this was the best way to go about learning how to do that and make connects with other who are trying to do the same . I am from the San Diego County in southern California but was raised in the central valley . My goal is to be able to reach out to as many people as possible with my story to inspire, motivate, and make an impact in other people lives just as some have done for me. My real estate goals are to house hack , get into out of state investing and diversify my portfolio through different channels such as section 8 rentals, student and military housing , and possibly through federal contracts in the future .
