Marios Hoppas

I currently work as a Realtor with Modern Realty Group in Wood Ridge, NJ. After acquiring my Real Estate License I invested in my first property (duplex house hack) in Bergen County, NJ in 2017. After a couple years and a full cosmetic two unit rehab the property is running great and I am ready to continue my investment journey. I am here to network, learn about new strategies and give back how I can. As I update this (October 2020) I am working on pulling a credit line, monitoring the market conditions and exploring the option of investing in small multifamily properties in my current area or tackle the nuances of investing out of state. If I'm not working on my career or portfolio I am listening to real estate/investing podcasts & audio books, spending time with my family, climbing, boxing or planning the next mountain climbing trip.
