I am currently working to become a real estate investor. I came across Bigger Pockets and was instantly intrigued, not only by the way they explained real estate investing to a newbie, but by the challenge it can create. I fell in love with the fact that I could be a huge asset to my community by creating more affordable housing opportunities and that is what drives me to continue on with this career path. What I'm actively doing: -Podcast binging! They have helped tremendously -Raising my credit score and my personal savings so that i can get a head start on financing -Found a potential investment house! I am currently analyzing the deal Current Goals: -Wholesale! I want to begin learning the basics with wholesaling and using the funds to invest into flips and BRRRR investments - Taking over my grandmothers house is a personal goal of mine. She is currently behind on her mortgage (and she plans to move out within the next year) so my wish is to help pay it off in some way, obtain her house and rent it out for when she does move.
