I love learning something new every day! The best thing about real estate is meeting all of the wonderful entrepreneurial people, new strategies and techniques, and NO commute. Our investments must meet three criteria: low risk, high ROI, and low management/time. Because of this, our primary strategies are Trust Deed Investing (Private Lending) and Lease Options. In my spare time I enjoy bicycling, hiking, gardening, cooking, and voracious reading of anything that will help me grow personally or grow my business.
