Marius Mazur

My professional background includes close to two decades in construction industry as an engineer and project manager in NJ/NYC heavy civil and residential / mixed-use building construction. In 2021 I took a dive into entrepreneurship and now run a business in design+build residential outdoor living construction. My educational background revolves around engineering: eng. science, civil eng., and advanced degree in construction engineering & management. As a person, I am driven and curious. A problem-solver with entrepreneurial mindset and a sense of integrity. Experiencing. Learning. Making it happen. Meyers-Briggs INTJ. In my spare time, I go for runs, listen to a non-fiction audiobook, or do short meditations to gain clarity and keep sane. Traveling when I can, to experience a new place and its vibes. Investing in Real Estate was always my clear goal, but spent many years on research, reading, learning and... yes, analysis paralysis! December 2022 signed up for PRO, 2023 is a GO time. Primary goal is to acquire my 1st short-term "vacation" rental in Poconos PA in early 2023, then grow further. My secondary/parallel focus is on modern prefab cabins market & construction. I joined Bigger Pockets Pro to meet like-minded people. Especially, to open communication with top performers & Rock Stars across the REI spectrum, who are interested in developing mutually beneficial relationships for collaboration & growth. As a result, I aim TO FIND A REI MENTOR (!!!). Loyalty and integrity is important in business. I believe in focusing on CREATING VALUE, giving to receive, challenging the status quo, recognizing then eliminating inefficiencies, and creative problem solving, as the ultimate objectives that will generate profit as a side effect. Do not hesitate to reach out to say hi and connect! And thank you for taking the time to read my profile.
