I am a 33 yr old investor in real estate. have been in the involved in rehabbing/ fix and flip real estate for 5+yrs With a business partner In NC Now that I Am back in california iam using private money / hard money lenders for my up and coming real estate ventures. Looking to network with other more seasoned real estate investor And to create more deals and turn out more fix and flips in the next year to help build my real estate portfolio. As well as secure my retirement plans.
