As of June 2019 I am brand, brand new to this industry. But with each passing day grows more and more excitement. I currently live in Southern California, a market that requires a financial strength that I don’t yet have. My research has led me to believe that I must partner up big time if I’m to invest locally. Or I’m going to have to venture out elsewhere. Either way - I’m up for the challenge. My goal now is to own and rent my first property by the end of 2020. In the meantime, I’m here to connect with as many individuals and learn as much as possible. My confusion and reservations, thus far, lie in: *Assessing if an area is a good renter’s market or not *Understanding how to run the numbers to see if a (Buy/Hold) property makes sense to invest in *Growing the confidence to be able to raise private money if necessary
