I am from northern Virginia and am a current house hacker in Ogden, UT. My business partner, Ryan, and I are currently in the middle of our first BRRRR in Richmond, Virginia. The Richmond area is local to him and we both believe in the long-term potential of it. We are cash-flow focused investors and are learning every day to execute properly.
