Since 2014, Linda and I have bought 11 properties. Some of these are via a self directed IRA. Interested in new ways to expand on this, including wholesaling, non-conventional financing streams, and possibly flipping but in the Colorado market it is better to hold IMHO. We have now moved to Portugal, and are looking to buy a home with income potential. Once it is established, then move on to another.
