Previously in the fix and flip space, produced 1 profitable ground up build. Looking to start a build to rent portfolio starting with a sfr build and sell in order to fund the next project which will be a hold 4 Plex. From there it will be wash rinse repeat until I hit my FIRE number, keep on mind, Im 65.
