I'm a business owner in another industry who has flipped homes, bought buy and hold rentals and lent funds through hard money loans. I am interested in cheaper markets than my local So Cal location to buy or possibly lend on. Experience: My real estate experience is purchasing 4 primary residences, a tri-plex, an office building and 6 residential flips. Real Estate Goals: I'd like to own 100+ rental units. Currently Seeking: I am seeking wholesalers to show me deals in Charlotte, Reno NV, Phoenix, Denver, St. Louis or Southern California. I also lend funds on flips but only want to hear from folks who have flipped at least 20 houses.
