Howdy, I am a full time pressure control technician who is married to a brilliant stay at home mom with two Beautiful young daughters. My wife and I have one property in a hip neighborhood in Richmond. We bought it as a rehab to rent, used renovation tax credit program to give ourselves a nice bit of equity and decent cash flow. My wife and I, and a few friends have started a small investment company to buy and rent houses. As a group we are getting ready to buy our first home!
