I am a young aspiring real estate investor from Salt Lake, working full time as a general manager for a local Audio Visual company. A few years ago I caught the investing bug when I found I had a passion for analyzing and attempting to find great businesses in the public markets. I first heard about REITs in 2021 and have been excited by them ever since. Wanting diversification from the stock market, stronger returns and more streams of cash flow has led me on my endeavor to owning real estate directly instead of passively in a stock account (although I like those too). I have been in the BP Rabbit hole for about a year now and am in the phase where I have the book knowledge but am missing the experience. While I build my cash reserves I am practicing deal analysis, building systems and working to build a network of creative and honest professionals. I am determined to flip the family pattern of poor financial health, fund my parents retirement, and create generational wealth with enough leftover to travel with family and support the causes I care about.
