Born and raised in Orange County, CA living in AZ. Financially free and re-evaluating growth goals. Currently a Nationwide RTL, DSCR, New Construction and short-term Commercial Non-QM Investment Lender (5yrs+). I started in the industry as an analyst running numbers on large apartment buildings for a real property syndicate putting deals together for foreign investors seeking tax benefits. I decided to seek stability in income by working for the fire service as a firefighter/paramedic. While working I purchased real estate and started different rehab projects dipping my toes in the investing game. Since then I have gone full time in real estate as a Non-QM lender & investor. I currently own and operate 7 long-term rentals in Arizona. I have lent money as a PML, executed on creative deal structures, done some wholsale projects, completed multiple rehab projects, explored infinite banking concepts, invested in crytpo, & partnered on larger projects.
