I'm a new investor out of Eastern CT. I also have my Real Estate License. Being new to the game has been a challenge, but who doesn't love overcoming challenges! My goal is to create a real estate portfolio of commercial rentals. Using the extra income from my flips and savings from my day job, I plan to use those funds to buy value add CRE deals.
