My wife, Christina, and I are new to real estate investing. We are in the Sacramento area and are interested in flipping houses and to also do the BRRRR strategy. Our goal is to own a Duplex/Triplex/Quad and have renters. We are looking for other investors that would like to work together in the Sacramento area. Our experience in real estate is doing renovations and demo on a house for my parents and we hired a property manager to rent out our house for a year and a half.
