I've been flirting with real estate for years. I think its time to get serious. I have one rental (family yes I know). But I want more buy and holds or sandwich/master leases. Willing to do some legwork but job keeps me busy to. I think along the way I'll do some wholesaling and flips to. Im here to learn and network.
