Hello Bigger Pockets Family ! My name is Marshal Butterfield. I am a 36 year old independent business owner and am currently finishing our first rental property. I currently own a tile Installation company as well as a construction company that specializes in investment property renovations. My main goal here is to establish relationships with other investors so I can help them reach there investment goals. I would also like to learn as much as I can about the rental business to be able to implement the buy and hold strategies of the Brrrr method to realize financial freedom through this business model.
