Marshall Hoopingarner

I came to Portland from Ventura, California to attend Portland State University and fell in love with what the Portland area has to offer. I have a bachelors degree in Geography and Sustainable Urban Development and am a licensed Realtor with Windermere Community Realty. I have been in customer service since the age of fourteen. I am a sailing instructor, bike mechanic, and experienced salesperson with a "people first" attitude. I love spending time outdoors, sharing a meal with friends, racing road bikes, and learning new things (thats why I joined the BP Community!). I became interested in Real Estate during my time at Portland State, both as a way to make the world a better place and as a way for individuals to build wealth. They don't have to cancel each other out. I am looking to help others create wealth through real estate investments, find their first home, and learn as much as I can along the way.
