I am a novice, trying to get my feet wet and start from the bottom and work my way up so I can get a handle on all aspects of the business. I am willing to learn and I would like to wholesale first then eventually, flip houses and the become a landlord and have as many properties owned so I do not have to worry for money and I can focus on family and my education.
