Martin Rodriguez

Hello all. I am new to investing in real estate but hope to get my first deal very soon. More specifically I am looking to buy a duplex or single family home in San Bernardino county and surrounding areas using an FHA or VA loan. Looking to use my experience in business to secure financial freedom as well as to seek a mentor in real estate who'd be willing to take me under their wing. I am a 3rd year undergrad at California State University, San Bernardino; majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Also enlisted in the Army National Guard. I was vice president of a business organization for students and president of an Entrepreneurship organization for the university. I also helped start up a brand new facility for TESLA and helped ensure it's operational success from it's first day live onward.
