I’m looking to diversify and spread risk. Currently have ag ground in several Indiana counties that’s been in my family for many generations. Immediate need is a erudite explanation of UPREITS and would one be a good choice to 1031 a very large development deal , inside a trust, that will terminate in the next few years. 2 remaindermen who have different ideas about business.
