About myself
I am a “wanna-be” flipper/rehabber. I joined this forum August 2019 and am devouring any and all real estate investment material I can get my hands on. My goal is to buy my first property in 6 months. I’m currently researching financing, locations, attending any seminars I can and reading all I can. I would love to find a real estate investor I can use as a mentor.
